Gef, your AI coach

Training plans that read the last block before writing the next.

Tell Gef your goal, how often you can train and anything it should know. It sketches the road to race day, then plans one block at a time from what actually happened.

Coming soon to iPhone and Android

For half marathons, marathons, HYROX, triathlons, ultras, or just getting fit for ski season.

Plans that listen

A full outline to your event, then detailed one-to-three-week blocks with paces, heart-rate zones, sets and loads. Every block ends with a review of what went well and why the next one looks the way it does.

A coach you can talk to

"I'm travelling next week." "My calf is tight." Gef checks your plan, results and health data before it answers. Suggested changes wait for you to confirm.

On your wrist

Send structured workouts to the Workout app on Apple Watch. Sessions from your watch, through Apple Health or Health Connect, match to your plan in one tap.

On your TV

Cast a strength session to a Chromecast or Google TV and see the exercise, sets done, rest and what's next from across the gym.

How it works

  1. Set a goal. An event and date, or something simpler. Add your training days, kit and history.
  2. Train. Follow today's session on your phone, watch or TV, and log how it felt.
  3. Adapt. Gef writes a debrief after each workout and builds the next block from the last.

Your data stays yours

Your training data lives in your own account. It's never sold or used for advertising, and you can delete your account in the app at any time. Gef uses Anthropic's Claude to write your plans and replies; read the privacy policy for exactly what's shared.
